Go to the contact us page and fill out the form.  We review all submissions and will contact you to set up an appointment for you to review the gym, meet the staff, and, upon acceptance, sign the proper waiver forms.  Filling out the form does not guarantee membership. We are looking for serious boxers only.

We recommend that you use your own gear, but we have a limited amount of equipment for use.  Wraps are sold for $10.00.

The answer to this question is both.  We offer open gym time on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  On Saturday, we provide open sparring for experienced members.  We offer private training at $40.00 by appointment, limited sign up.
